The AMX M4 mle. 54 will get a TTH weakening in World of Tanks patch 1.18.1

As said, the main imbo of the last patch was not the Italian PT, but the French heavy buns, which in the same update and AP. But this time it happened not after a couple of patches, but literally not even a month.

Changes relative to the second iteration of the General Test 1.18.1.
